 About Amazing Athletes, Inc.Our StoryIn 2001 while interviewing numerous preschools for their children, the Henderson family pondered an idea of introducing a developmental sports program in preschools. Research was gathered for over a year and in 2002 the Amazing Athletes program was conceived. Developed by Chiropractor Dr Janee Henderson and sports coach husband Glen Henderson an action packed 50 week curriculum was designed concentrating on children's physical fitness, muscle development, fine and gross motor skills and hand eye co ordination while incorporating 8 different ball sports.The program was introduced into 11 schools in Orange County Southern California in January 2002 and made an immediate impact. Today the Amazing Athletes program is taught in over 180 preschools throughout San Diego, Orange County and Riverside California and the corporation currently operates 13 additional franchises located in Phoenix, Texas, California and Georgia with more opening as we speak. Our mission is to change lives by introducing our developmental physical fitness sports program to as many children as possible throughout America.
